We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent guest dining and drinking experience. The right candidate(s) will be hustlers and take pride in exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. We do not flood the floor so compensation is typically above industry average.

Responsibilities

• Bartend!
• Prepare and/or deliver alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present specials and promotions
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Be in compliance with state liquor laws in regards to over serving and intoxicated patrons. 

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Proficient in multi-tasking
• takes initiative and requires low direction to complete tasks.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate preferred (TIPS)

We are looking key individuals to ensure the safety of our guests, staff and property. You must be able to check ID's in a fast and accurate manner, while being able to provide a positive experience to the guest. With the assistance of a scanner, and your prior experience checking for valid ID's, you would be the first face that our guests see.

Door Security Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons
• Promote the bar's image by acting in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
• Ensure the bar's safety by reporting hazards and keeping the club and patrons safe
• Remain alert to unusual circumstances and suspicious activities
• Remain alert to accidents and injuries, and report them to management
• Assist management in supervising and directing activities of other employees
• Maintain incident records, reports, and other documentation
• Establish and maintain a positive, professional image
• Check IDs and verify all guests are 21 or over.
• Assist general manager when called upon
• Hours: Friday and Saturday 7pm - 2am.
• Help ensure all guests are out of the building by 2am.
• Help Bar staff as needed.

Requirements And Skills:

• Strong conflict management skills
• TIPS Certified
• Prior door security experience a plus
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights and holidays, as required
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Strong observation and attention to detail skills
